How can you attract and retain top talent? Do you understand expectations of current and potential employees? In this session, Briand Brandt will discuss the current data and best practices in this fast-moving session that is certain to have you walk away with some actionable items.

Training is geared toward WIC Directors, Supervisors, and Team Leads but all staff are welcome to attend. It will also be recorded and available in the WIC LMS.

*Participants who attend the full 1.5 hour training and complete the RD evaluation will receive a CPE certificate.

Bryan Brandt is President & Founder of Core Insights. He has over 30 years of leadership experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He holds a master's degree in global leadership and a bachelor's degree in accounting.

He is an expert in leadership, communication, board and staff engagement and has coauthored two books: The Ambassador's Journey: A Parable About Non-Profit Board Leadership and Blind Spots - What You Don't Know CAN Hurt You.
